Correcting a Leave Request Before Submitting

Tip:  If needed, from the Leave Request Entry screen, select a leave request to edit by clicking the Find button, changing the filters if needed, clicking once on the desired leave request, and then clicking the Select button.

Note:  The Employee ID and Leave ID fields cannot be changed for regular leave requests, while the Employee ID field cannot be changed for FMLA leave requests; if needed, delete the leave request and then re-enter it with the correct information.

Note:  Only one comment per user can be added for each leave request (not including the automatically generated comment for submitting a leave request on another employee's behalf); if additional information is needed to be entered for a comment, edit the existing one.  Users can edit or delete only their own comment.

Note:  If the date entered in the End Date field is more than 30 days from the date entered in the Start Date field, a message will appear stating the dates are more than 30 days apart; click OK.
