From the main School Accounting System screen or a module's main screen, click the Program Suggestions link under the Information section.
At the Program Suggestions screen, the customer ID number assigned to your organization by Software Unlimited, Inc. displays in the Customer Number field and cannot be changed.
In the Name field, enter the name of the user at your organization that should be contacted for any additional information regarding the suggestion, or click the down-arrow button to select the correct one.
Note: Only the contacts we have listed in our records for your organization are able to be entered into the Name field; if your name is not listed, click the Cancel button on the Program Suggestions screen and then contact Customer Support in order to get your name added to the list.
Enter a description of the suggestion and an explanation of the benefits for the enhancement in the applicable fields. The description and explanation can each be up to 8,000 characters long.
Complete the next three fields by clicking the down-arrow button and selecting the appropriate response.
If desired, to attach a file to submit with the suggestion, enter the path (drive and folders) and file name of the file to attach in the Attach File field, or click the Attach File button to browse to and select the file.
Note: Only one file can be attached to a suggestion, and the file size cannot be greater than 50MB.
Click the Execute button to submit the suggestion.
A prompt will appear stating the suggestion has been submitted; click OK.
