Note: The instructions below are for using the Import Reports option in the Report Writer module.
From the Report Writer screen, select the Options menu and then Import Reports.
At the Open screen, enter the correct path (drive and folders) and file name for the file containing the reports to import in the File Name field, and click the Open button.
Note: Typically, the name of the file will be Transfer.xml.
At the Import Reports screen, select the reports to import by clicking the box under the Selected column to the left of the report name. A checkmark will appear in the box if the report is selected.
Click the Execute button.
When prompted, click Yes to continuing the import.
If a report with the same name of the one being imported already exists, the system will prompt asking whether to replace, rename, or keep the report. Click Replace to replace the existing report with the one being imported, click Rename to import the report using a new report name, click Leave to keep the existing report (and not import the report with the same name), or click Cancel to cancel the import.
A message will appear in the status bar after the import is complete.
Click the X in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to close the Import Reports screen.
