Note: The instructions below are for using the Export Reports option in the Report Writer module.
From the Report Writer screen, select the Options menu and then Export Reports.
At the Export Reports screen, select the reports to export by clicking the box under the Selected column to the left of the report name. A checkmark will appear in the box if the report is selected.
Click the Execute button.
At the Save As screen, specify the correct path (drive and folders) for the destination location and click the Save button.
Note: The name of the file will default to Transfer.xml; for easy retrieval when importing, do not change the name of this file.
A message will appear in the status bar after the export is complete.
Click the X in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to close the Export Reports screen.
