From the Payroll screen, select the Maintenance menu and then Deductions.
Note: If desired, to access the Deduction File from Negotiations (if applicable), select the Payroll menu from the Negotiations screen and then Deductions.
At the Deductions screen, select the Options menu and then Increment Exclude After Date.
When prompted, click Yes to increment the Exclude After Date for the applicable deductions.
A message will appear in the status bar stating the number of deductions that were updated.
