Note: In order to undispose assets that were determined as not actually disposed during an inventory and do not have any previous entries posted to General Ledger, be sure all the necessary steps have been done for the Process Scanner Data option before completing the following instructions.
From within the Process Scanner Data option, select the Options menu and then Undispose Assets (No GL).
All the scanner assets with a Variance Type of Disposed Asset (No GL) display on the Process Scanner Data screen.
Select the assets for which to update the disposal status. To select an asset, click once on the box under the Selected column to the left of the asset tag number. A checkmark will appear in the box if the asset is selected. To select all the assets, click the Select All button located above the Scanner Assets List.
Click the Execute button.
The screen will refresh and display all assets originally listed; for those assets where the disposal status was just updated, the Processed field (column) will be selected.
