Agreement Form Setup - Contract Employee

The Agreement Form Setup - Contract Employee option in Negotiations is used to define and customize the Standard Agreement Form - Contract Employee report, which is accessed under the Reports menu on the Negotiations main screen, and then Employee Reports (NG).  Within the Agreement Form Setup - Contract Employee option, the name and title for the signature lines for who signs the contract (for example, the superintendent and board president), in addition to a signature image if desired, is entered.  The text that prints as the terms on the Standard Agreement Form - Contract Employee report is also entered within the Agreement Form Setup - Contract Employee option.
